The Covid-19 outbreak resulted in an unprecedented crisis the global economy has to face. It shows the necessity of crisis management plans to tackle the consequences of economic shocks in the European Union. The involvement of employees and workers in strategic decision-making can make a big difference. Their knowledge and experience can be an added value to the decision-making process, particularly in times of crisis.
The main objective of the project will be supporting worker involvement in the management of change, the prevention of disputes in times of crisis and supporting worker involvement in designing and implementing measures to address the impact of the Coronavirus crisis on the labour force.
