PCM “Participatory Crisis Management models in Manufacturing” (EN)

This platform created as part of the Project PCM “Participatory Crisis Management models in Manufacturing”. The platform is the basis for the “Worker and Employee Participation Academy”, in order to improve e-learning among workers, employees and employers in relation to information, consultation and participation at the level of the workplace, in the area of ​​crisis management model. This e-learning online tool will support workers’ and employees’ involvement in designing and implementing measures to address the impact of the Coronavirus crisis on the labour force, e.g. short term working, lay-offs and facilitate worker/employee involvement in resolution of disputes. It combines traditional methods of information and consultation, the most important European regulations and innovative methods through searching for answers to questions, with recommendations and examples of good practice.
